Gamepad for micro:bit does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The app does not require account registration and does not use analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services.
The app uses your device's Bluetooth (BLE) solely to discover and communicate with a BBC micro:bit or compatible robot (e.g., Yahboom Tiny:bit). Bluetooth is used only while the app is open and actively connected. No data is sent to any server; all communication stays between your phone and the micro:bit.
The only permissions requested are:
We do not share any data with third parties because no data is collected.
The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. There is no in-app purchase, advertising, or social feature.
If this policy is updated, the new version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
